FREE TRAINING DAY MACRO CALCULATOR

Your macros on a rest day and a hard day.

Most calculators give you one number for every day. Your training doesn’t work like that. Enter six things and see your protein, fat and carbs for a rest or easy day next to a hard training day. No email needed. For adults 18+. A general-wellness estimate, not medical advice.

Protein holds. Carbs move.

Your protein and fat are the same every day. Carbs are the number that changes, because carbs are what a hard session burns through. So a hard day gets more carbs and more calories. Rest and easy days settle back to your baseline.

That’s what people mean by carb cycling when it’s done for training. You don’t pick high and low days off a calendar. Your sessions pick them. More on that in the carb cycling meal plan.

How to use your numbers.

Mark your week. Long runs, interval sessions and heavy lifts are hard days. Recovery runs and light sessions are easy days. Days off are rest days.

Eat the hard-day numbers on hard days and the rest-or-easy numbers on the others. Weigh in once a week and adjust from the trend, not from one morning.

The hard part isn’t the numbers. It’s turning seven different days into meals, a shopping list and a prep plan. That’s the job Mero’s macro meal planner does.

Questions about the calculator.

Do I need to give my email?

No. Your numbers show as soon as you hit the button. You can join the Mero email list after, if you want.

Is this a carb cycling calculator?

Yes, the training kind. It shows how your carbs change between a rest or easy day and a hard day, with protein and fat held steady.

Why doesn’t protein go up on hard days?

Protein is set from your body weight and stays the same all week. The extra fuel a hard session needs comes from carbs.

How accurate is it?

It’s an estimate, built on a standard resting-energy equation and your activity level. Treat it as a starting point. In the Mero app, next week’s target adjusts from your weigh-ins and the meals you check off. See how Mero plans a week.
