A carb cycling meal plan that follows your training.
Most carb cycling plans rotate high and low days on a fixed pattern. Mero sets each day’s carbs from the training you actually have, then plans the meals to hit it.

Targets come from your profile, goal and training week. Not a personal nutrition prescription.

High-carb Monday. Except you rested on Monday.
Fixed carb cycling templates pick your high and low days for you. Then your week changes, the template doesn’t, and your biggest day lands on the couch. The cycle should follow the training.

Your training sets the cycle.
Mark each day hard, easy or rest. Hard days get the most carbs, easy days less, rest days the least. No template to remember.
Protein holds. Carbs move.
Protein stays the same every day and fat stays above a floor. Carbs take up the rest, so they’re the number that swings with your training.

Every meal is already sized.
Each recipe comes with your portion, its calories and its macros. High days and low days are both done math.
One list covers high and low days.
One grocery list for the week, sorted by store section, with quantities and package counts.

Week changed? The cycle moves with it.
Move a session and your meals stay put. A small carb top-up you already bought covers the new day. Next week’s draft follows your training as it stands.
What this isn’t.
Carb cycling means a lot of things online. Here’s what Mero’s version doesn’t do.
- Not a fixed template. There’s no preset high and low pattern. Your training week is the pattern.
- Not keto.Mero doesn’t plan low-carb or keto weeks. Rest days come down, they don’t disappear.
- Not body-type based. No somatotype presets. Targets come from your profile, goal and training.
- Not a prescription.Mero is a meal planner, not a dietitian or medical care.
Questions about carb cycling.
What is carb cycling?
Eating more carbohydrate on some days and less on others, usually to match training. Mero does it by training day type: hard, easy and rest.
How different are my rest day and training day macros?
It depends on your body weight and your goal. Protein stays the same and carbs change. You see every day’s targets before your trial starts, and the methodology page shows how the numbers are built.
Can I pick my own high and low days?
Your training days are your high and low days. Change your training week and the next draft follows it.
Can I carb cycle while trying to lose weight?
Yes, you can set a lose goal. Carbs still move with training, inside a capped deficit and a calorie floor of 1,200 a day, or 1,500 for men.
I’m vegetarian or have allergies. Will this work for me?
Allergies, yes. Mero plans around every allergy you select. Vegetarian, not yet. Every week is omnivore. Always check ingredients before eating.
What does it cost?
