Data Deletion Request
You can request deletion of personal information associated with your Mero waitlist entry or account by emailing us.
Send your request
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Mero Data Deletion Request."
What to Include
- The email address associated with your Mero waitlist entry or account
- Your name, if you provided one
- A clear statement that you want your personal information deleted
- Any additional details that help us identify the information you want deleted
What We Delete
For waitlist-only users, we will remove your waitlist information and marketing contact record where applicable. When app accounts are available, deletion may include account information, nutrition and profile inputs, generated plans, recipe selections, grocery lists, prep plans, adherence data, substitutions, and related usage data associated with your account.
Processing Time
We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days after we receive enough information to verify and complete the request. We may contact you if we need more information to confirm the request.
Information We May Keep
We may retain limited information when necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backup integrity, or legitimate business records. Some deleted information may remain in backups for a limited period before being overwritten through normal backup cycles.
