Built by a runner training for a 100k. Mero plans your meals, not race-day or mid-run fueling.

Mero Today screen on a hard training day: meals and the session in time order.

You planned 18 weeks of runs. You didn’t plan a single meal.

The training plan says 16 miles on Saturday. It doesn’t say what to eat on Friday night, or how Tuesday’s workout should change Wednesday’s lunch. So most runners eat the same thing every day and wing the big ones.

Mero Today screen on a hard training day: meals and the session in time order.

Long runs and workouts get more fuel.

Mark your long run and your workouts as hard days, easy runs as easy days, and the rest as rest. Mero sets each day’s carbs from that, not one flat daily number.

Running at dawn? Dinner does the work.

Set each session to early morning, morning or evening. Before an early session, Mero moves more of that day’s carbs to the evening before, so you’re not forcing a big breakfast at 5 a.m.

Mero first-week screen: the day’s meals around a PM training session, and daily averages for calories and macros.
Mero Shop screen: a grocery list grouped by store section, with package amounts.

One shop for the whole training week.

Every ingredient for the week on one list, sorted by store section, with quantities and package counts. Carb top-ups for moved sessions are already on it.

Long run moved to Sunday? Your meals stay put.

Move a session and Today reorders around it. Your meals and grocery list stay the same. If the run lands on a new day, a small carb top-up you already bought shows up there.

Mero Adjust training sheet: pick a new day, time and intensity. Meals and shopping stay the same.
Mero weight check-in screen: a weekly weigh-in with the trend used for next week’s review.

Next week follows the training.

Check off your meals and weigh in. Next week’s draft is built from your training week as it stands and from your progress. The week you’re in stays put.

Questions runners ask.

How do I set up a marathon training week in Mero?

Tell Mero which days are hard, easy and rest, and pick early morning, morning or evening for each session. Long runs and workouts are hard days. Easy runs are easy days.

Does it work for half marathon training?

Yes. Any training week works the same way. Mark the days and Mero plans the food around them.

Does Mero plan race day or fueling during runs?

No. Mero plans meals around your training week. It doesn’t plan gels, drinks, carb loading or race morning.

Can I sync Strava, Garmin or TrainingPeaks?

No. You set your training week in Mero and change it there.

I run and lift. Does that work?

Yes. Mark each day by how hard it is, whatever the session. Runs and lifts sit in one plan.

Can I train for a marathon and lose weight with Mero?

You can set a lose, maintain or gain goal. Mero won’t plan below 1,200 calories a day, or 1,500 for men, and it caps how far below maintenance your target goes. Talk to a professional before cutting hard during a training block.

I’m vegetarian or have allergies. Will this work for me?

Allergies, yes. Mero plans around every allergy you select. Vegetarian, not yet. Every week is omnivore. Always check ingredients before eating.

Matt McCabe running on a trail.

Knowing my targets was the easy step. The hard part was living them week to week. I built Mero to do that part.
